RECIPES

1. Iced Matcha Latte – 150 mL
Mix ingredients below with ASAGAO Bamboo Whisk until no visible clumps:
a. Fresh Milk – 70 mL or 1/3 cup
b. Sugar Syrup (1:1 Ratio) – 15 mL / 2 to 3 teaspoon
c. Water – 15 mL / 2 to 3 teaspoons
d. KIYONE / Matcha Powder – 6g / 2 teaspoon + 1/2 teaspoon
Pour the mixture above into 50 mL of fresh milk with ice for a cold latte.

2. Hot Matcha Tea – 150 mL
Mix ingredients below with ASAGAO Bamboo Whisk until no visible clumps:
a. KIYONE / Matcha Powder – 1.3g
b. Water (Temp – 75c) – 50 mL
Pour the mixture above into a 100 mL of warm water and mix gently again.
