Shipping Policy

For international orders:

For international orders, any extra charges of tax, duties and import clearance will be charged to the customer.

When will I receive my parcel?

All orders are shipped the next business day excluding weekends.
(Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm)

Peninsular Malaysia: 2 – 3 business days
Sabah & Sarawak: 5 – 7 business days
International Orders: 7 – 14 business days

Note: Delivery may take longer than the information stated above depending on the courier service.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information via email or mobile.

If you have not received your tracking number within 48 hours, please check your email spam folder.

What is the shipping rate?

Peninsular Malaysia: RM8
Sabah & Sarawak: RM14
International Orders: Shown at the Checkout Page*

*The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown the cost of shipping, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

If you prefer not to pay for shipping, you may choose the option to collect in-store at our Chinatown outlet Niko Neko Matcha 2.0 / The Concept Store.

I did not receive all the items that I ordered. What should I do?

If an item goes on back order, we will deliver you part of your order that is currently in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
