AJISAI / Matcha Powder
RM59.00 – RM299.00
Artisan Green Tea Powder
AJISAI portrays the holistic matrimony of Sayamakaori and Yabukita Japanese tea cultivars.
Grown in the heart of Yame, in subtropical Kyushu the southernmost island of Japan, expect to be warmly welcomed by the angelic symphony of toasted soybean-like notes and fragrant pistachio nuttiness. Silken by a mild savoury umami gloss, this creamy medium-bodied mouthfeel seeps away with a touch of lingering bitterness.

“The soy-umami is the highlight of the matcha taste with the classic bitterness left on the taste buds. Amazing!” – odd.thodox
