10g AJISAI / Matcha Powder
100g Whipping Cream
Method To Assemble
- Dissolve matcha powder in 50g hot milk, whisk with bamboo chasen for clump free texture.
- In a saucepan, heat 150g milk, whipping cream and sugar in low-medium heat, continue whisk for more than 15 mins until mixture tuned into a thicker texture (do not boil over).
- Add matcha mixture earlier and continue mixing until thickened and smooth.
- Transfer to a glass container or jar and chill in the refrigerator.
