TTR Matcha Burnt Cheesecake

THE TOKYO RESTAURANT
x
NIKO NEKO

Located in the Isetan The Japan Store’s fourth floor, The Tokyo Restaurant prides in contemporary Japanese cuisine and its harmonious fusion of western flavours. The cozy, dimly lit atmosphere of the restaurant and bar provides a distinctly unique experience to its customers, but it is the quality and originality in every dish served that is highly appreciated, from its appetizers and main courses, down to the desserts.

In collaboration with Niko Neko in 2019, The Tokyo Restaurant crafted a new recipe incorporating Matcha into its famous 6th Avenue Cheesecake, adding a unique dimension to its signature cheesecake and instantly attracted a loyal fanbase.
