BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

Scoop 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of Matcha into a bowl (2 scoops if using chashaku).

Gently pour 1/3 cup (75ml) of hot water (70°C).

Whisk rapidly in a ‘W’-shaped motion until frothy lather forms on surface.
For flat texture, stir in a firm circular motion.
