Stumble this recipe on Niko Neko Matcha website. Since I have leftover cream cheese and adzuki red bean paste from the last Green tea cake, why not give it a try! The verdict? I love it! Even my youngest one loves it too! Not so sweet with little sugar. The beans give the sweetness to the cake. I added a tablespoon of greek yoghurt into the cake. Definitely a keeper recipe.

Homemade Matcha Ice Cream

- Prepare 30 mL of warm water in a cup.
- Scoop 2 teaspoon (4g) of YURI™ Matcha, and some white/brown sugar into the cup.
- Stir well until all the ingredients are completely mixed, and no visible clumps left.
- Add 150 mL of hot / cold fresh milk.
Cold Brew Matcha Tea
- Prepare 200 mL of cold water in a glass.
- Scoop 1 teaspoon (2g) of YURI™ Matcha into the glass.
- Stir well until Matcha is completely mixed, and no visible clumps left.
- Add ice if needed.
